Inclusion and Diversity

Diversity and inclusion have always been key principles that guide the recruitment and retention of our team. With our team geographically dispersed across the globe, we’ve purposefully curated an environment where the individuality of every ‘Bittarian' is seen and valued.

We continuously strive to improve, recognizing an industry-wide dearth of women and minorities in tech. We've partnered with international diversity and inclusion recruitment agencies and are committed to closing that gap.

At Bitt, we support authenticity over conformity. This adds value to our unique culture and drives our team to produce value in every product and service.
